Ms. Muñoz received her B.A. degree in English from the University of California at Berkeley in 1982, and received her J.D. degree from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law in 1985.

Since being admitted to the practice of law in the State of California Ms. Muñoz has handled a wide variety of litigation on behalf of self-insured businesses, public entities, insurance companies and their insureds. This experience includes high-exposure cases, catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims, and claims of assault, battery and false imprisonment.
